Shantih was born in Brooklyn and came to Philly in the late ‘90s. She raised four amazing children in the West Mt. Airy Village, but recently moved to historic Germantown, close to InsideOut's HQ.
Shantih started InsideOut in 2010 in response to friends in real estate who asked for help making their listings shine. What had started as an organizing and redesign business has evolved into a full-service staging business with well over a thousand homes staged in Philadelphia and the surrounding areas.
Shantih's interior design aesthetic, inspired by the ancient practice of Feng Shui, is about creating light & space, comfort and warmth. Influenced by her grandmother’s floral business, The Flower Pot, she also believes strongly in the power of horticulture to beautify and complement a home. She is drawn to the hot side of the color spectrum - orange being her favorite color (especially in a tulip!).

Mia grew up in the Germantown neighborhood of Philadelphia and currently resides in Mt. Airy with her husband Ben. Mia has been a Project Director with InsideOut since 2013.
Mia enjoys cooking Italian meals for her family and friends and was inspired and taught by her beloved Nonna. She loves using fresh ingredients from her very own garden which she enjoys tending to in her spare time. Mia also enjoys spending weekends at the beach in Stone Harbor during the summer months.
Mia finds inspiration from the beautiful historic architecture of Philadelphia. She enjoys hiking in the Wissahickon nearly year round. Mia is drawn to cool colors, her favorite being navy blue.
